Built for high school athletes who want to level up. Whether you're preparing for a season or just getting started, the SCAC Youth Program delivers expert coaching, small group focus, and the tools to boost strength, speed, and confidence.

How It Works

SCAC Combine event
August 9–10, 2025
A two-day performance testing event for local athletes ages 12 and older. Middle schoolers are welcome The SCAC Combine gives young athletes real data, expert feedback, and the chance to earn their spot in our Youth Program. It’s also just a lot of fun.
What’s Included
Full Body Metrics: Height, weight (Inbody scan), wingspan
Performance Tests:
Vertical jump (standing + approach)
Broad jump (standing + triple)
5-10-5 agility shuttle
10-yard fly sprint
Strength (bench press or push-ups)
Optional 300m endurance shuttle
Group warm-up led by SCAC coaches
Live score tracking
Parents get free access to the gym during the event
