PNOĒ Metabolic Testing
At Santa Cruz Athletic Club
PNOĒ uses breath analysis to show how your body produces and uses energy. The result is clear, personal data that helps guide nutrition, training intensity, and recovery—based on how your body actually works.
Why We Use PNOĒ
PNOĒ gives us a clear picture of how your body works—not averages, not trends. The data helps your SCAC coaches guide training, nutrition, and recovery with intention and precision.
Weight Management
PNOĒ shows how your body burns fat and carbohydrates so your plan actually matches your metabolism. That means fewer plateaus, better results, and strategies you can maintain long-term—supported by your coach every step of the way.
Performance & Rehab
From improving conditioning to returning safely after injury, PNOĒ identifies the exact effort levels your body responds to best. Training becomes more efficient, recovery more intentional, and setbacks less likely.
Longevity & Well-Being
By combining metabolic data and VO₂ insights, PNOĒ helps highlight habits that support energy, resilience, and long-term health. It’s about staying capable, active, and strong—not just now, but years down the road.
