This is a beginner-friendly yoga workshop instructed by Nancy Aslip and Mara Ruth, designed to build confidence and comfort for those new to yoga or returning after time away. The session breaks down foundational poses using clear terminology, with a strong focus on alignment, modifications, safety, and breath awareness. Participants move through a slow, non-heated practice to apply what they learn, with time built in for real-time questions around poses, transitions, and class flow. The goal is to reduce intimidation, increase clarity, and help participants feel prepared and confident stepping into regular yoga classes.
