This is a 60-minute breathwork and apnea course led by Ricardo Urbina, designed to support strength and endurance athletes, cross-training members, and anyone managing high stress or heavy cognitive load. It’s also a strong fit for professionals looking to sharpen focus and recovery, as well as members interested in nervous system health and long-term resilience. The class is inclusive, fully scalable, and adaptable across all fitness levels.
Each session blends breath physiology and control with guided relaxation and diaphragmatic breathing, then builds into progressive static and dynamic apnea work. You’ll move through diaphragm strength, mobility, and stretching, alongside controlled breathing techniques such as pranayama and intentional hyperventilation, all aimed at improving performance, recovery, and overall regulation.
