This arm balance workshop led by Tate McGinty introduces members to the fundamentals of arm balancing through safe technique, strength-building drills, and accessible progressions. Designed for all levels, the session focuses on proper form and alignment while building upper-body and core strength, improving mobility and stability, and reducing fear around balancing. Participants move through a structured warm-up, technique breakdowns and demos, targeted strength and mobility work, and guided practice with optional hands-on assistance, finishing with a cooldown and Q&A. The goal is to build confidence and give members practical skills they can carry into their regular training.
