This Deadlift Fundamentals Clinic is a 75–90 minute clinic open to all lifters, focused on building efficient, confident barbell deadlifting using both conventional and sumo styles. The clinic breaks down key differences between each setup while teaching a repeatable approach to bracing, bar path, and lockout mechanics. Instruction also aligns with the standards of an upcoming women’s deadlift competition, using barbell-only rules with no straps. Participants leave with practical tools to train deadlifts safely, improve technique, and better understand competition-style expectations and preparation.
